To commemorate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the League of Nations, the National Archives and the Woodrow Wilson House present a lecture on Woodrow Wilson by John Milton Cooper, Jr., the author of the recently published Woodrow Wilson: A Biography, the first major biography of America's twenty-eighth president in nearly two decades. Cooper, one of America's foremost Wilson scholars, is professor of history at the University of Wisconsin.
