Theatre seating:  Up to 32 guests in the Drawing Room (or 12 at a single table)
Break out space:  Solarium (6 guests), Terrace (40 guests), and Garden (120 guests)
“Hospitality Suite” or lounge area:  Drawing Room (12-30 guests)
